Mr. Mohammad Habibul Bahar brings over 27 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in underwriting, reinsurance, and claims management. Prior to his current role as Deputy Head of Branches & Distribution, he served as the Head of the Principal Branch in Dhaka for five years, where he demonstrated strong leadership and operational excellence.

Mr. Bahar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGD PM) from the Institute of Personnel Management, Dhaka. He also holds a specialized diploma in Marine Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bahar has participated in numerous professional development programs, including insurance and management trainings, seminars, and workshops, both domestically and internationally. His international exposure and deep industry knowledge have significantly contributed to the strategic growth and operational strength of the organization.
