Tri-party MOU was recently signed to establish a collaborative framework among GDIC, iFarmer, and IDLC. This partnership aims to provide comprehensive livestock insurance coverage for farmers associated with iFarmer, who have obtained loans or financial assistance from IDLC. GDIC will offer livestock insurance to safeguard farmers’ interests, mitigating financial risks associated with livestock farming activities financed through IDLC.

The MoU was signed at the IDLC Finance PLC office in 21st May 2024, with plans to start the project in July 2024. Representatives at the signing ceremony included:
