Dhaka Bank, Green Delta Insurance and Mastercard launched the country’s first ever dual insurance co-branded credit cards with life & non-life insurance benefits
Cardholders will be able to avail comprehensive insurance plans along with discounts on healthcare, lifestyle and travel spends.
[Dhaka, Bangladesh, October 6, 2024] Dhaka Bank PLC., Green Delta and Mastercard today announced their collaboration to launch two co-branded cards — the Titanium credit card and World credit card, which will be packed with insurance, healthcare, lifestyle and travel benefits.
These Mastercard health and wellness co-branded credit cards will give cardholders access to Green Delta Insurance’s comprehensive health and insurance plans — two each for both card variants. The plan for in-patient department treatment costs can be claimed up to Tk 60,000. The new cards will also come with a host of deals and discounts on healthcare services, including a 24/7 telehealth service, up to 50% discount on pathological tests at Evercare, Asgar Ali, Medi-aid, and Samorita Hospital, and 300 other healthcare centers across Bangladesh.
Additionally, cardholders will get 10% off on ambulance service, 20% off on medical visa invitation, and 15% off on second medical opinion. Discounts will also extend to physiotherapy, parents’ care, and home delivery of medicines. A special discount on travel insurance for travel enthusiasts. Moreover, the life insurance packages will provide coverage up to Tk 5 lakh for natural death and up to Tk 10 lakh for accidental death.
Besides insurance and healthcare, the new cards will come with other exciting benefits, such as up to 25% off at over 1000+ lifestyle stores, up to 30% off at more than 200 dining establishments, and up to 25% off on beauty care services. Cardholders will also be able to enjoy up to 60% discounts at more than 85 hotels and resorts and 10% savings on online and offline travel bookings through select agents. Access to 1300+ lounges at the international airport with Lounge Key facility. Also, these cards are accepted at POS & ATMs worldwide.
