Md. Habibullah Monju FCA is a seasoned finance and corporate governance professional with over three decades of experience in financial leadership roles across multinational corporations, joint ventures, and large local conglomerates. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh, he has built a distinguished career marked by integrity, strategic vision, and operational excellence.

He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Cross World Power Ltd., where he plays a critical role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading organizational transformation. Over the years, he has held key executive positions at organizations such as KAFCO, Holcim Cement Bangladesh Ltd., ICB Islamic Bank, and DBL Group, consistently demonstrating his expertise in financial management, corporate structuring, and policy formulation.

Mr. Monju is also a former Chief Executive Officer (CC) of KAFCO and has actively contributed to strengthening relationships with regulatory bodies including the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh Bank, BIDA, and RJSC. His extensive engagement with both local and international financial institutions underscores his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive sustainable growth.

He earned his Master of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dhaka and achieved CA qualification in 1999. In addition to his professional pursuits, he has been actively involved in mentoring finance professionals and contributing to organizational governance through board participation and advisory roles.
