EBL payment solutions for Green Delta customers

Eastern Bank Ltd. (EBL) and Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd. (GDIC) signed an agreement at a simple ceremony on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Green Delta Head office, Dhaka.

Under this agreement, EBL will process online payments for GDIC customers through ‘EBL SKYPAY – Powered by MasterCard Payment Gateway Service (MPGS).’ GDIC customer will be able to pay insurance premium through Visa, MasterCard, or Diners Club credit or debit cards.

Nazeem A. Choudhury, Head of Consumer Banking of EBL and Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, Additional Managing Director & Company Secretary of GDIC signed the agreement on behalf of the respective companies.

Managing Director & CEO Ms. Farzanah Chowdhury ACII (UK), Advisor Mr. Nasir A. Choudhury and other senior officials from Green Delta Insurance were present at the ceremony. EBL Head of Direct Business M. Khorshed Anowar, Head of Digital Banking and Payments Zahidul Haque, Head of Cards Rasel Hasan, Head of Payment Solutions Md. Tanbeer Dawood, Senior Managers Sultan Mahmud Sarkar and Faisal M. Fathe-ul Islam; MasterCard Country Manager Syed Mohammad Kamal, Vice President Gitanka D. Datta, and Manager, Corporate Payment Solution Seefat Jahan were also present on the occasion.
